Cece has continued in the practice passed down by her great grandmother, and is excited to share her knowledge of loomwork beading.
In this one-day workshop, students will learn how to set up and use a simple beadwork loom, a method of beading that is suited to creating jewelry, belts and adornment for regalia. With guidance and instruction from Cece, students will work with beading needles, thread, clasps and beads to create unique, handcrafted bracelets and necklaces. Participants will leave class with one or more finished pieces and get to take home the loom used in class to continue the practice of beading!

No previous experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone 18 years old & over who meet the Essential Eligibility Criteria for Studio Workshops.
