Rhiannon Alpers

Rhiannon Alpers is a papermaker, letterpress printer, and book artist who has been making things since childhood and never quite stopped. After moving to Portland in summer 2025, she quickly embraced the city's creative community, lush landscapes, and excellent tolerance for slow, hands-on processes. With 20 years of experience teaching workshops and college courses nationwide and exhibiting internationally, Rhiannon runs Gazelle & Goat Press out of her NE Portland studio.
