Sara Kundelius & Eric Bartle

Chefs Eric Bartle and Sara Kundelius grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have long loved the highest quality local ingredients. Both attended Western Culinary institute graduating in 1996. Educating others about the abundance of local producers and the appreciation for the land that gives us the abundance is their central message. Growing, hunting and the preservation of these foods is a way of life for these two Chefs, and keeps them engaged with the land and the seasons.
