Martini Morris

Martini has always had a love for foraging wild food and medicine. When she moved to the Columbia Gorge, a mushroom mecca, she fully immersed herself in the world of mycology. She loves to spend the day in the forest, find choice mushrooms, then go home and cook something creative with them (cookies, soups, potstickers, you name it!). Martini grew up in the big city of Jakarta and moved to Oregon for university, where she realized that she prefers the roar of waterfalls to the roar of freeways. She has a background as a naturalist guiding youth in the Sierra Nevada, but returned to the PNW to be close to family. These days she's a business owner and has a desk job, but she gets outside with her husband, kids and dog as much as she can. Martini lives in White Salmon and is constantly in awe of the mountains, forests, and rivers that surround her.
