Jenna Lechner

Jenna Lechner is an illustrator and art teacher based in Portland, OR. She has been teaching and working as a professional illustrator for the last 10+ years. Her illustrations explore the beauty and ecology of the Pacific Northwest, through the medium of watercolor and ink. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Printmaking and a Minor Degree in Art History from the University of Oregon.

Jenna’s illustrations have been featured on a wide range of projects, including: wallpaper, stationery, books, magazines & newspapers, retail store window displays, packaging, and more. Some previous clients include: Adobe, Starbucks, Travel Oregon, & Hachette Book Group. Aside from her illustration practice, Jenna has a deep interest in traditional crafts and ethnobotany. She has a certification as an Oregon Naturalist with Oregon State University. She is also a board member of the Columbia Basin Basketry Guild, and a member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators.
