Hannah Austin

Hannah Austin is a self taught fabric collage, embroidery, and Kinusaiga artist and instructor based in Eugene, OR specializing in landscape art. She is the owner of Needle OR Thread, where she leads virtual workshops, sells her original artwork and offers handicraft notions and materials. Hannah was inspired to start her small business in 2019 after a cross country move from the Midwest to the PNW, where she witnessed diverse and breathtaking vistas. She’s passionate about supporting other artists and building community. When she isn’t creating art, she’s teaching elementary music, hiking or spending quality time with her 3 children and spouse.
