Gordon Barnes is a mischievous and curious visual artist and educator who has been working and teaching in Portland, Oregon for much of the last 20 years. A true creative omnivore with a genuine love of learning, he’s cultivated a diverse array of craft skills over his career and fluidly shifts between them, looking for areas of overlap and opportunities for connection. Comfortable in both meticulous and intuitive workflows, his workshops are flexible and responsive with room for both playful experimentation and more focused skill development.
