Craft Bar Booking
Select a craft activity from our menu, then book the Craft Bar for up to two hours. Your group arrives to find everything ready: curated art & craft kits, clear step-by-step instruction booklets, and a welcoming studio space designed for making. A WildCraft team member stays on hand to answer questions, troubleshoot, and keep things running smoothly — but the experience is yours to shape!
1—Payment Terms: WildCraft Studio School accepts credit card payments via Quickbooks, checks or ACH transfer. Payment in full is due at the time of booking.
2—Participant Count: Maximum headcount must be estimated at the time of booking. Craft Bar is limited to 30 participants. If group size increases after reservation is made, WildCraft will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the increase. No refunds will be given for a reduction in headcount.
3—Attendance Policy: No refunds will be issued for confirmed participants who do not attend. Additional participants beyond the confirmed count will be charged at the per-person rate specified in the invoice.
4—Cancellation Policy: Once a workshop date has been made and invoice paid for, WildCraft is under no obligation to accommodate a date change and will issue no refunds. If the client wishes to reschedule, and WildCraft can arrange an accommodation, the client is responsible for a $500 date-change fee.
5—Materials and Supplies: All workshop materials are included in the per-participant fee.
6—Workshop Duration: Craft Bar sessions are a maximum of 2 hours. Extended sessions will be billed at $200 per additional hour.
7—Venue: Craft Bar takes place exclusively at WildCraft's NW Portland Studio. A Craft Bar booking does not constitute a full buyout of the space. Another workshop may be happening simultaneously in our East Classroom.
8—Liability Waiver: WildCraft Studio School is not liable for any injuries sustained during workshop activities. Client agrees to communicate safety protocols to all participants.
9—Intellectual Property: Workshop concepts, methods, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of WildCraft Studio School LLC. Participants may keep their completed projects.
10—Photo/Video Permission: WildCraft Studio School reserves the right to photograph/record the workshop for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
11—Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
