Norther will share engaging stories and educational insights throughout the day, while students are introduced to over 25 edible, regional plants.
During this guided excursion, students will learn key identification traits, ethical foraging principles, and methods for cooking, preserving and enjoying wild foods. The class is designed for beginners and those looking to enhance their existing foraging practice.
