What better way to celebrate the spring season than with a gorgeous handcrafted wreath! More info...

Celebrate the arrival of Spring with a gorgeous fresh wreath! Join local floral designer, Erin Riddle, of @TheForagedWreath for a 3-hour workshop where you will create your own personal wreath masterpiece using a variety of fresh foliage, herbs, dried materials, branches and other natural elements - most locally-grown and foraged. Students will be encouraged to explore the texture, color, scent, and shape of the materials provided as they design their wreath, meanwhile learning which materials can be found or foraged locally in the Pacific Northwest. For the wreath base, students can choose between a gold hoop ring or learn how to hand-bend and decorate a wreath from branches. You will receive design inspiration and learn techniques that you can refer back to, year after year.

Fresh wreaths are like floral arrangements…their beauty is ephemeral but worth their short lived existence. Your spring wreath will be a symbol of new life and growth, a time of celebration after the chill of winter. Join us and take home a wreath that is your very own work of art!

All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite florals or ribbon to class.
