Upholstery Basics: Sphere Pillows

Teacher: Anne Williams | Date: Sun, 11.09 , 10am-1pm | Location: SE Division Studio
Tuition: $130 | Materials: $20

Anne Williams of ADF upholstery brings us this brand new intro to upholstery workshop, where she’ll be guiding students through the process of constructing a unique sphere pouf! That’s pillow in design-speak. More info...

Anne will guide students through the process of drafting patterns, measuring and cutting upholstery fabric, constructing forms, pinning, sewing and stuffing to create a satisfying end product you’ll want to make again and again! Lucky you, this project is a great way to use up smaller bits of fabric and scraps you may have lying around - nothing to waste!

Join us for this 3-hr workshop and leave with a finished sphere pillow (approx. 11” diameter), a domestic goddess badge, and a free pass to hibernate for the rest of the season.

All materials will be provided. If you have a specific vision for decorating your nest, reach out to us and we’ll put you in touch with Anne to talk fabric specs!

Please note:
Students are required to bring their own sewing machines to class. While this workshop is great for beginners, we request that you know how to thread your machine and sew a straight line prior to the start of class.

No previous experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone 18 years old & over who meet the Essential Eligibility Criteria for Studio Workshops.
