Calling all artists, makers, and creatively curious minds! More info...

Each month, Art Book Club will dive into a different book about art, design, or the creative process—no academic jargon, just good conversation and fresh inspiration. The book club is a low-pressure way to connect, reflect, and recharge within a creative community.

This month, we’re reading The Creative Habit by Twyla Tharp. Grab a library copy, or purchase from a local bookseller, read the book on your own and join us on October 12 for a lively discussion!

The Art Book Club is led by WildCraft staff member Brittany Knotek. Brittany is a practicing artist, avid reader, and skilled conversationalist. She started a book club for artists and creatives as a passion project in 2024, and is excited to offer this version to the wider Portland community, and to build deeper connections through shared conversations around inspiring books.

All proceeds from this program help fund the WildCraft ACCESS program. No one will be turned away for lack of funds - email info@wildcraftstudioschool.com if cost is a barrier to participation.
