Start with the very basics of yarn-wrangling and follow class instructor, Lisa Woolridge - designer at Northside Knit Co, to learn how to cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, and cast off in this beginner-style class! You’ll start with a ball of yarn and by the end of the class, you’ll be well on your way to making your own knit hat! Using the skills you learn in this class, you will build a strong foundation of knitting knowledge and be able to tackle more advanced projects as you practice. Your materials fee will include a skein of organic cotton yarn, a project bag, knitting needles, and a few other knitting accessories - everything you need to get started on your first project! 

No previous experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone 18 years old & over who meet the Essential Eligibility Criteria for Studio Workshops. All participants must accept the inherent risks of participating in a Studio Workshop and agree to sign a liability waiver.
