Tuition: $120 | Materials: $25

Beautiful, personal, and sustainable - join textile artist Kristina Foley for this workshop inspired by furoshiki - the traditional Japanese wrapping cloths that we just can’t get enough of! More info...

When the wrapping is a gift in itself!

In this 3-hour workshop, Kristina will guide students in creating their own reusable wrapping cloths customized with botanical colors such as madder, marigold and chlorophyllin. Kristina will demonstrate how to create unique patterns on the fabric through folding, clamping and binding. Participants will leave with a cotton and silk wrapping cloth, each sized approximately 27”x27” and an assortment of botanically-dyed ribbon. Warning, if they’re too pretty to part with, you might have to wrap up a gift for yourself!
